Now.

Right now I am running on three tracks: a focused set of client builds, internal product development, and process work that keeps both moving without the usual overhead. This page is a live snapshot — updated when something meaningful shifts.

Building

Building.

Shipping owned systems: Building tools and products I own and can iterate on independently of client cycles. The goal is compounding operational value, not just deliverables.
Selective client delivery: A narrow set of WordPress builds, technical SEO campaigns, and AI-assisted workflow projects — chosen for brief clarity and outcome alignment, not volume.
Tightening process: Refining the scoping, delivery, and QA systems that keep projects clean from first commit to post-launch. Less improvisation. More repeatability at every stage.

Learning

Learning.

Using AI systems as practical operating leverage instead of novelty.
Improving build quality through repeatable QA and cleaner delivery loops.
Studying how premium product companies balance speed with restraint.

Reading

Reading.

Operator notes on product, growth, and decision-making.
Case studies from companies that ship clean interfaces with clear commercial logic.
Writing that sharpens how offers, pages, and workflows are framed.

Health

Health.

Keeping training simple enough to support consistent work weeks.
Prioritizing sleep, walking, and recovery because output quality depends on them.
Focusing on energy management over performative routines.

Travel

Travel.

Primary base: Zanzibar, Tanzania.
Secondary base: Muscat, Oman.
Travel stays flexible around delivery windows and owned-product build phases.

Operating notes

Work that benefits from one person holding engineering, search, and growth together consistently produces better results. That is the pattern across every strong engagement.
Smaller, focused systems outperform bloated feature sets — in delivery speed and in long-term usefulness. Restraint is a design decision.
Client work is selective. If the brief is specific and the owner is serious about execution, the engagement tends to go well and finish well.

Contact

The current season is tighter systems and clearer output.

If the current focus lines up with what you need shipped, send the brief and the real constraint.
