If the brief is clear and the outcome matters, it's worth a conversation.
Do you work with teams or directly with founders?
Both. Some projects slot into an existing team as a technical or growth lead. Others are direct engagements with a founder who needs one person to own the stack end to end and drive it forward without being managed.
Do you only build new websites?
No. Audits, rebuilds, performance rescue, SEO recovery, and WordPress site optimisation are all in scope. If the site is underperforming and the owner is serious about fixing it, that is a fit.
How do you usually structure engagements?
Most start with a scoped audit or delivery sprint so we both understand the problem clearly before committing to a longer timeline. If the fit is right, work can extend into a retained role with defined priorities and regular reporting.

Where are you based and how do you work?
Primary base is Zanzibar, Tanzania, with a secondary base in Muscat, Oman. All delivery work is remote and built around async-first communication, so timezone is rarely a blocker.
